I am a Practice Consultant Occupational Therapist based within Adult Social Services, The Transforming Care Team at Norfolk County Council. My job involves collaboration with specialists health and social care providers to ensure and improve the lives of adults with a learning disability and/or autism who display behaviours that challenge including those with mental health conditions.
