I am passionate about working with individuals with mental health issues as well as those who have experienced trauma and adversity and as a result are unable to engage in their occupations and roles to their desired capacity. Having worked in various specialist mental health services including Adult Eating Disorders, Perinatal, Dual Diagnosis and Personality Disorder Community Services I have a wide spectrum of skills and a solid knowledge base to draw upon whilst maintaining a individualised approach with each person that I treat to maintain truly personalised care. It is imperative to me to build an effective therapeutic relationship and I pride myself on the ability to engage with people with authenticity and integrity. As a mum to two young daughters life is busy but I continue to strive to make a difference to those whom I serve.
