Dr. Ladan Mohtadi is a 2004 graduate of the Southern California College of Optometry and associate optometrist at Los Altos Optometric Group. In 2006, Dr. Mohtadi joined the group providing primary care optometry: eye examinations, eyeglasses, contact lenses including specialty multifocal and CRT lens fittings, pediatric exams, diagnosis and treatment of many eye conditions, and LASIK consultation and co-management. In January 2014, Dr. Mohtadi relocated to the Dallas-Forth Worth area with her husband and two children.
