I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) who believes in internal power and strength. It may feel like internal power and strength is non-existent because there are times when situations and circumstances seem to get the best of life. A way of escape may be to indulge in unhealthy habits (such as substances) that make things worse. This is where I can be of assistance because I work with individuals struggling with addictions (ages 18-65). If you need help in this area, therapy can be scary but courageous and a necessary step for you.Often times family members believe they have not been affected by the unhealthy decisions made by addicts.
