My approach My approach mostly comes from training in Compassionate Inquiry, Internal Family Systems, and NLP; I have years of experience with trauma release and self-connection. My focus Anxious? My journey to mental healthcare I was raised in trauma and suffered through my younger years, a lot of the work I share with my clients comes from my own healing journey.
