I received my Master's in Social Work from Simmons University, and my Bachelor's in Art Therapy with a Holistic Psychology specialization from Lesley University. My approach to therapy is one of nonjudgemental support and collaboration. I strive to create a space where individuals can express themselves and explore what may be adversely impacting their quality of life. My style is relational, incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (skill-building) and psychodynamic (insight oriented). Clients who tend to be a great fit are seeking help for: generalized anxiety, depressed mood, executive dysfunction, interpersonal effectiveness, improving communication, enhancing self-esteem, navigating adjustment, improving health and self care, stress management, and maintaining stability.
