Life is hard, no matter who you are. We are meant to be in relationship and community, but that doesn't mean relationships are easy. That is why I am passionate about walking alongside people in the hard and broken places. It is my privilege and aim to help make sense of the difficult things in order to encourage health, increase self-awareness, name your value and worth and strengthen relationships. I know that no one modality works for any one person and have spent my career learning effective clinical approaches. While Cognitive Behavioral Therapy provides structure for my approach, the foundation of our work is built on your story and the core beliefs you hold. I know that therapy is only as effective as the relationship built between you and I. As such, I prioritize authenticity, transparency and trust. I hope to have the chance to journey through the hard and broken places with you.
