Ilana began her career as a physiotherapist in 2009 and has worked in a number of North London NHS Teaching Hospitals, gaining a breadth of experience. Ilana has a particular passion for supporting women antenatally and postnatally and those with complex pelvic health conditions. She treats patients with a wide variety of conditions, including pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, urinary and bowel incontinence, constipation and sexual dysfunction. She works closely and collaboratively with her patients and is dedicated to helping them to improve their symptoms, quality of life and achieve their functional goals.
