A self-motivated business focused pharmacist with a range of experience in pharmacy acquisition and mergers. I have also got considerable experience in change and motivational leadership. I have experience in budgeting, forecasting and identifications of market drivers and new novel pharmacy lead business opportunities. In the last five years, I have also focused on public interest advocacy, focusing mainly on Ghana and the improvement of healthcare access. I have consistently argued that irrespective of all the human resource constraints, there is more that can be done in the area of healthcare if the focus is on the primary health and early intervention strategies whilst deescalating the construction of more brick and mortar to meet the optics of political expediency. My view is the way to improved access is through technological innovation, placing emphasis on the high mobile phone penetration.
