I also work with groups, associations, and individuals to address the challenges and the opportunities associated with the “Tsunami of Aging” that is sweeping across the globe. I communicate me message through my platforms as an author, speaker, health care executive and consultant, and have acquired over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Currently, I am the Managing Partner of Hospice Advisors; a boutique hospice training, coaching and consulting company. I am the past owner of two successful personal home health care companies –Homewatch CareGivers of Southeastern Michigan, and First Home Care in Moscow, Russia. I have written numerous articles to help people meet the challenges related to aging, illness, and end-of-life care. My most recent book, “A Son’s Journey: Taking Care of Mom and Dad,” is about my personal journey taking care of my aging parents and serves as a guide for adult caregivers.
