My leadership and clinical experience covers both primary and secondary care in the NHS and independent sector. My career goal and motivation is to become a good, influential leader for the future. I always strive for ways to improve current practice using data analysis, audits and feedback. I work to address the needs of the system whilst creating a safe and positive environment where individuals can thrive.
