I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida and have worked in the mental health field for 24 years. I have my Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling. Throughout my career I worked in community settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, families, and individuals with a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, parenting, family conflict, grief and loss.My goal is to guide my clients in discovering solutions, balance, strength in moving forward in their path and life goals. It takes strength and courage to take the step towards change and a happier more fulling life.
