Kenya Mills, RN, EMHA is one of the founders of Infusion Partners 360 and Innovative Infusion Solutions and presently serves as CEO at Infusion Partners 360. As a registered nurse experienced in a variety of healthcare disciplines, Ms. Mills brings a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience and business acumen to her role. She is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the company. Prior to founding IIS and IP360, she worked as a maternal healthcare nurse (Labor and Delivery, Ante-partum & Postpartum) and later as an infusion nurse for a nationwide nursing agency. She went on to become the Chief Financial Officer of an infusion staffing agency that served the greater Los Angeles area. In addition, she pursued certification in legal nurse consulting and subsequently worked alongside attorneys as an independent legal nurse consultant. In 2007, Ms. Mills joined a Management Service Organization as a supervisor of medical services where she supervised a utilization management team, and gained experience and expertise as an inpatient and outpatient case manager. With a vision to bridge her clinical and administrative experiences and combine it with her passion for infusion therapy, Ms. Mills earned an executive master’s degree in healthcare administration.
