Dr Ken Laji is a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians UK, specialising in endocrinology and internal medicine, based at St Richard's Hospital, part of University Hospitals Sussex in the south of England. He has extensive experience in diagnosing and managing a wide range of conditions involving the endocrine system. He is a specialist with dual accreditation extending to Internal Medicine, and also manages acute medical admissions at St Richard's Hospital. Private outpatient clinics are based St Richard's (Chichester Suite), the Nuffield and Goring Hall hospitals. He has authored many peer reviewed publications and speaks regularly at local, regional and national meetings. He is actively involved in teaching and training, and regularly lectures for medical students, junior doctors and nurses training. He is a senior clinical examiner for the Royal College of Physicians and is examines both within the UK and overseas. He also has a keen interest in clinical informatics, data management. Besides developing a busy and responsive department, he is actively involved in local medical informatics projects. He is the founder and CEO of the cloud based EMR and practice management system ClinicYou (http://www.clinicyou.co.uk). Outside work he enjoys design, photography, art and flying.
