Mr Kawa Omar is an experienced consultant urological surgeon who currently practises at Kings College Hospital. He has a broad clinical expertise encompassing all areas of general urology, with a particular focus on bladder and kidney cancer, prostate cancer, urinary stone disease and benign prostate enlargement. Mr Omar received his specialist urology training in several renowned hospitals across Southeast England, including Guy’s and King’s hospitals, where he developed advanced skills in open, robotic assisted and laparoscopic surgery. He has published research on urological cancers in peer-reviewed journals and presented his findings at national and international conferences. He also holds a master’s degree from The University of Nottingham, where he conducted research on infertility and the effects of cancer treatment on fertility recovery. Mr Omar is dedicated to quality improvement and has led numerous projects to enhance the quality of care for his patients. He is a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons and a member of the British Association of Urological Surgeons.
