A registered Pharmacy Technician working in Medicines Management & Pharmacy Services at Leeds Teaching Hospitals since 2000 in various settings including Procurement, Outpatients, Inpatients and Clinical Trials. Managing teams since 2012 and moving into a leadership role in 2019. I've completed my Leeds Improvement Method, Lean for Leaders training and most recently the Mary Seacole Leadership programme. Currently Lead Technician for the delivery of the pharmacy element of the LTHT Covid-19 Vaccination Programme from its inception, supporting the teams at Elland Road and all associated LTHT pop ups.
