As a life-long learner I strive to keep up with developing knowledge and theories in psychotherapy.I combine my experience, natural intuition and interventions that have scientific support. I am trained in cognitive behavioral, solution focused and object relations therapies. I am Level 2 trained in Gottman Couples Therapy. I have evening and weekend hours and provide a free 15 minute consultation, by phone or in person.
