Each of my clients has their personal story. I believe that each client has strengths that have gotten them here today. Coming to therapy is a choice to put yourself first. Some of my clients want to learn about how their past has impacted them and how they can move on to a healthier future. Other clients want to break free from anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem or make relationships in their lives stronger.
