I am direct, down to earth, patient, warm, professional, genuine, thorough, and humorous. As a client you will know very quickly whether we are a good match. I have training to manage cognitive, emotional, and physiological mental health symptoms, but think the most important element is the therapeutic relationship and trust. I have been highly successful at treating severe panic attacks, PTSD, generalized anxiety disorders, phobias, difficult family dynamics, and stress-related headaches and hypertension.I enjoy getting to know you (not just your problems), getting comfortable with each other, and then examining symptoms/problems. I understand the physiology of stress, neurodiversity, have a nerdy interest in neurolinguistics and family systems dynamics.
