I started my practice in 2019 after working at a medical university for three years. My time at the medical university allowed me to develop a passion for working with young adults who are navigating significant life changes and self-discovery. My therapeutic approach is based on modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I prefer to take an active approach to the therapeutic process - meaning, sessions with me are collaborative and I encourage my clients to be active participants in their process for self-improvement. I don't pretend to have all of the answers - no one does - but I do have the training and experience to help my clients find their own answers. I have seen tremendous growth from my clients when they are able to reframe their mindset, change their perspectives, and overcome barriers in their life.
