I have worked in Community and Hospital Pharmacy previously and now in Primary Care supporting GP practice prescribing and Medicines Optimisation. As part of that role I have experience of delivering medication reviews in care homes and all aspects of social care training involving the safe administration and storage of medication in day services/domicilicary care and care homes.
