As an experienced clinical pharmacist with five years of combined hospital and community experience, I have had the privilege of working across a range of specialized areas, including surgery, complex care, endocrine, cardiology, respiratory, and acute medical wards. This diverse exposure has allowed me to develop a comprehensive understanding of various healthcare settings and patient populations. Furthermore, I recently completed a Postgraduate Clinical Pharmacy diploma at Queen's University of Belfast, further expanding my clinical knowledge and expertise. The program equipped me with advanced skills in pharmaceutical care, patient counseling, medication management, and evidence-based practice. At present, I am working as a community pharmacist in Bermuda, serving as a valuable member of the largest pharmacy chain on the island, Phoenix Stores. This role offers me the opportunity to contribute to the healthcare needs of the local community by providing vital pharmaceutical services and ensuring optimal medication therapy outcomes.
