Accomplished nurse educator with experience as a dually certified Adult Health and Psychiatric nurse practitioner with progressive care certification and clinical nurse specialist background. Back in the nurse practitioner role currently, it’s about transforming people’s lives, promoting wellness, and advocating for self-care, self-love and self-compassion and optimal health maintenance! Am aspired to be writing as a subject matter expert and content that inspires and transforms lives! I precept graduate students. Teaching experience include adjunct status and full time faculty for 14 years having taught undergraduate and graduate courses in clinical, classroom, and online formats. I am versed in chairing committees, cultural competence, pedagogy, clinical/simulation teaching, and accreditation standards.
