He teaches on the faculty of a number of internationally recognised training courses and regularly lectures at academic conferences. Was on the faculty for The Rhinoplasty and Facial Plastic Surgery Course (2015/2016) (2016/2017)
He has previously been a part of the FRCS Revision Course, giving lectures on tips for passing the FRCS exams. He was also an examiner for the mock viva sessions. Mr Joseph also took part in SHO teaching, delivering fortnightly teaching sessions to the SHOs at the Royal National Throat Nose and Ear Hospital (2015-2016)
