Therapy will assist you in gaining a greater insight about your life, who you are, and how you relate to others.  I have years of experience working in various organisations with a variety of ages and needs. I am a registered member with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I have also worked with Asperger's clients and those who have experienced Religious/Spiritual Abuse.
