Jonathan's roles at Stephenson Harwood LLP are: - Head of Decarbonisation - Co-Head of ESG - Head of Projects and Infrastructure, London Decarbonisation: Jonathan leads the delivery of our strategy to provide a full range of decarbonisation services across the energy, transportation and the built and natural environment sectors to support our clients achieve their decarbonisation, net zero and sustainability goals. He leads an international team of decarbonisation lawyers from across all the jurisdictions we operate in. ESG: Jonathan also co-leads the delivery of our ESG services offering. Energy, projects and infrastructure: Jonathan leads the London based Projects and Infrastructure team. The team advises on all forms of renewables and energy transition projects across a wide range of technologies, including solar, wind, energy from waste, electric vehicles, geothermal, direct air capture, hydrogen and nuclear. The team also advises across the full spectrum of social and economic infrastructure projects, including schools, hospitals, prisons, all forms of government accommodation, road and rail, and EfW. With over 30 years of PFI and PPP projects experience, Jonathan advises sponsors, lenders and procuring authorities on how to achieve their commercial objectives.
