I am an Associate in the Private Client Team at Gillespie Macandrew. I am particularly interested in adults with incapacity law, and often advise clients in relation to powers of attorney, guardianships and other issues around adults with incapacity law. I also advise on wills and estate planning, the setting up and administration of trusts and executry administration. I am a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (TEP), having obtained the STEP Diploma in Trusts and Estates (Scotland) in 2021. I won the STEP Worldwide Excellence Award for the Advanced Certificate in Taxation of Trusts and Estates (Scotland). I am a member of The Edinburgh Care Forum, a group of professionals all sharing a common goal - to provide a high level of support and advice to those in need of specialist care.
