I chose a career in nursing because I wanted to improve the health and quality of life of those in my community. For over 13 years, in multiple areas throughout healthcare, I had the opportunity to gain a global perspective of the organization. I combined my hands-on nursing experience with my business background which gave me an advantage to identify and promote positive change. I transitioned into customer success in the Health IT field to help clients achieve their goals. I have quickly proven myself to be a high performing customer success manager, but working in a startup means taking on several roles and for me that has been company-wide trainer, clinical expert, product expert, implementation manager, and customer support specialist.
