Dr. Joelle Goggans is a board-certified general dentist who received her undergraduate degree from Xavier University of Louisiana, and her Masters of Science in Public Health as well as her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Meharry Medical College. Originally from Alabama, Dr. Goggans recently moved to the Atlanta area after practicing in Brooklyn, New York for eight years. She is excited to continue providing compassionate and equitable care to patients. While in New York City, Dr. Goggans was an active member of American Dental Association, National Dental Association, New York State Dental Association, and Second District Dental Society. She was also a committee member of Council of Dental Health Planning & Hospital Dentistry, which reviews and develops plans and programs to promote and improve access to oral care. Outside of the office, Dr. Goggans can be found in an art museum or in an independent bookstore (with iced coffee in hand) or on a plane.
