I'm Jo. I am an Occupational Therapist of 20 plus years, a career which started in the NHS where I specialised in mental health and psychiatric intensive care. I somehow evolved into leadership and management taking with me my passion for occupational therapy by coaching and mentoring staff and student occupational therapists. In 2019 I stepped out of an NHS leadership role and into the world of self-employment. I learned new skills in image consultancy and personal styling which led me into occupational identity restoration and reinvention. More recently I have amalgamated these skillsets to develop a suite of services to support individual clients and organisations. My 121 sessions are tailored for you. No two humans are the same.
