HCPC registered Occupational Therapist working as an Urgent Response OT for Home First North in the community for South Warwickshire Foundation Trust . Previously based on a rehabilitation ward in Nottingham following a Return to Practice Post which began June 2017. Prior to this worked in a Lymphoedema clinic for 6 years. Good time management/prioritisation skills, communication, record keeping, working as part of an MDT or autonomously in the community also, triaging and assessing patients.
