I am a licensed professional counselor with over 18 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings on issues such as anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. My undergraduate and Master's degrees were earned at the University of Houston, and I completed a Doctor of Psychology degree (PsyD) with a specialization in School Psychology from Capella University.
