Biography
Prior to pursuing a career in psychology, I worked in the field of interior design, creating beautiful spaces that reflected the values of my clients. Today, I engage in similar work, although from an entirely different plane. Just as harnessing the power of color, texture, and light in our homes and offices can affect our inner experience of calm and happiness, experiencing a healing of our hearts and minds can profoundly change our life and relationships. As a therapist, I am honored to journey alongside my clients, guiding them toward healing and expansion and creating transformation in both their inner and outer worlds.
I enjoy providing therapy to a variety of people including mental health providers (psychologists, counselors, social workers, therapists), creatives, entrepreneurs, high-achieving and successful professionals (executives, leaders, academics), highly sensitive people (HSPs), parents who want to be cycle-breakers, and couples. I specialize in working with adults who experienced relational wounds or abuse/neglect in childhood. Other areas of expertise include relationship difficulties, imposter syndrome, work-life balance, compassion fatigue, religious trauma, spiritual crises, healing from challenging or harmful long-term relationships/marriages, and perinatal mental health for new moms and dads.
Offering a holistic and effective approach to your healing and wellbeing, I am a supportive, compassionate, and collaborative therapist who believes each of us has an intrinsic need for meaning and significance, the capacity for change, and the ability to heal and grow. I emphasize providing clients with a safe space to explore their feelings, discuss their perspectives, problem solve difficulties, and ultimately, experience healing and enduring change.
I am authorized to practice in 30+ states under PsyPact, an interstate compact designed to facilitate the practice of telepsychology across state boundaries (APIT/E. Passport, Mobility #13177).
