As a Registered Play Therapist and a Level I Theraplay Practitioner, I work with clients to process traumatic experiences, improve emotion regulation, manage anxiety, address challenges with defiance and impulsivity, and assisting with attachment and relationship building.My approach to therapy is strength based and person centered to meet the individualized needs of every client that I work with.
