I am a motivated, well-respected, approachable, patient-focused and experienced prescribing Clinical Pharmacist with more than twenty years' experience working on medical wards, and fifteen years specialising in cardiology in clinics and on the coronary care unit. Key Strengths 1. Extensive and intensive experience of providing care to patients in a range of environments: hospital wards, outpatient clinics and within their home. 2. Ability to use skills and knowledge in complex decision making, alone or as part of a multidisciplinary team.
