Are you ready to take back control over your mental health? I believe mental health is wealth, and one of the best ways we can help and better ourselves is by taking care of our mental wellness. I’ve previously worked in various clinical settings providing individual Outpatient Therapy, including a transitional living facility, public charter elementary school, and community college. I also have experience conducting counseling groups and workshops with adults of differing ages and intellectual abilities. Lastly, I’ve worked with families to foster positive change and improve interactions. That being said, I specialize mainly in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Attachment Theory methods when working with my clients. In addition, I also implement mindfulness based interventions to reduce stress and increase emotional regulation.I aim to create an open space that my clients find safe and that allows a healthy therapeutic relationship to grow. I am dedicated to empowering and educating my clients, and I believe we all have the inner strength and ability to repair ourselves. Sometimes, all we need is more tools in our toolbox to do so.
