I specialize in working with teens and young adults, and am well suited to support college students, caregivers, HSP's, professional helpers and educators. l believe emphatically that a safe, nurturing relationship is the heart of the therapeutic process; in my practice, I utilize sand tray, expressive arts, mindfulness, play therapy and talk therapy to uncover layers and help young people live authentically as themselves, while also fostering coping skills for the obstacles life can throw their way.In our work together, we will create a therapeutic plan that matches the unique and specific needs of you or your loved one.
