Born and raised in Colorado, Dr. Kinkade is a third-generation dentist who has been practicing for 12 years. He attended dental school at University of Colorado School of Dentistry. In his free time, Dr. Kinkade enjoys golfing, playing tennis and spending time with his wife Amy, their 2 young children and their chocolate lab Scout.
