I am an experienced and accomplished healthcare leader and educator with expertise in operations management, program development, quality management, and workforce development. I have led a diverse array of departments and programs including critical care; emergency services; medical/surgical services; professional development/education; informatics; staffing/workforce planning; nursing quality, and support services within acute and post-acute organizations. I have led teams to achieve superior outcomes including Leapfrog A and CMS Five-Star ratings. In addition, I am an adjunct professor of nursing teaching policy, regulation, and leadership within a doctoral nursing program. I am actively engaged within professional organizations and lead policy and advocacy committees.
