I am a healthcare executive with 25+ years’ experience across a diverse range of therapeutic area portfolios in the life sciences sector and Australian healthcare service organizations. With 12+ years enterprise leadership experience (both ASX and PE environments) I have a track record of delivering growth & operational efficiency, robust clinical governance & high levels of employee engagement among dispersed workforces of up to 250 people in a variety of customer settings (community clinics, day surgery, in-home) and annual revenues of up to $50M. With a deep understanding of the Australian health landscape, I thrive on building teams and balancing the commercial, clinical and cultural aspects of leading a healthcare business. Roles held include: • CEO • General Manager • Int'l Product Manager • Group Product Manager • GP/Specialist Sales Representative Key Achievements: • 6 years as CEO of multi-site IVF & day surgeries business (250 staff, $50M annual revenue), including successful sale process & transition from ASX to private equity ownership in 2022. • Experience driving business transformation & growth including restructuring of operations, service innovation & re-branding. As CEO at Adora I implemented business transformations to improve efficiency & grow national IVF market share beyond 12%. • Recruited to GM role at Lifescreen/Sonic Nurse Connect to diversify business. I led business development efforts to generate $54M in new revenue & $12M EBITA over 4 years via nursing/allied health services funded by Pharma clients, Gov't & Private Insurers. • Able to navigate and positively inflience complex stakeholder relationships with Medical Practitioners, Government & Regulatory agencies. Success includes recruitment of 6 new Specialists to Adora Fertility in a highly competitive market to drive volume growth and add enterprise value. • Risk & quality mgt systems implementation – I have led organizations through external accreditation (ISO 9001:2015; NSQHS) to strengthen compliance & minimize business risk. • People-focused leader who has guided mgt & staff through significant change whilst maintaining high levels of employee engagement (as measured through engagement surveys). • Pharmaceutical product commercialization. Developed a strategic collaboration with a global industry partner (Sonic Healthcare) to deliver an innovative community-based infusion program and highest patient uptake (ACTEMRA®) of any country worldwide. Model was subsequently replicated by other pharma companies to support IV administered products in Australia.
