Humanitarian, Seeker & Hustler First and foremost, I enjoy problem-solving to bring beneficial solutions for the people! I am a young enthusiast with a smiling face, passionate about service to mankind, especially to the differently-abled ones or the deprived - be it the children, youth or elderly! I have Bachelors in Social Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University. Presently, I am a Social Activist by profession and a Humanitarian at heart, Founder President of a Dehradun based NGO, Just Open Yourself Society. I have relentlessly worked to create a social impact by fostering, funding raising, adopting, educating, providing healthcare etc. for 100 kids in Uttarakhand, and my NGO holds the Asia record for tree plantation drives held every year. Additionally, NGO’s work during COVID-19 pandemic helped save numerous lives by providing essential healthcare like oxygen cylinders, medical kits, sanitation kits, and ration food kits to remote areas in Uttarakhand. Also I have been working to provide better opportunities, healthcare & hygiene to young girls by conducting sanitary napkin distribution drives and awareness sessions. Apart from this, I have never hesitated from lending a helping hand to anyone in need, be it during the natural calamity in India during Kedarnath Floods in Uttarakhand in the year 2013 when I was just 18 years old. I have strong rapport building skills which help me meet & interact with different individuals. Further, harnessing on the same I have been successful in organising staff development workshops and activities by direct engagement with diverse levels of staff. I find my energy in two of these things being socially friendly and travelling to explore! I strongly aspire to contribute to society by creating healthy & happy individuals. At the crux, I believe a combination of empathy and good emotional intelligence along with strong academic background & relevant professional experience puts me in a better place for supporting the organisations with a greater customer focussed business solutions. I possess strong stakeholder management, project management, communication and leadership skills. I am also quite organized, adaptable and result-driven. Additionally, I am compassionate towards social development projects especially to the ones catering towards education, healthcare, environment and social entrepreneurship. Apart from this I love to do relief work at Just Open Yourself Society, travel and read.
