I work as an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist.I offer individual therapy for wide ranging presentations including depression, anxiety, emotional and behavioural disorders, stress related disorders, self-esteem issues and trauma. I also work extensively with life adjustment disorders which include relationship difficulties and problems in the workplace. Avoidance makes us ill and I encourage my clients to confront that avoidance to reduce symptoms. This can be very difficult but my flexible non-judgemental approach allows my client to feel safe enough to trust the process. I am offering video calls or phone calls during the lockdown period to support the many people whose mental health has been affected by the Covid-19 outbreak.
