I specialise in how we relate and the feelings behind the behaviours.Our work together will offer a range of techniques, drawing on my training in systemic family counselling, psycho-dynamic therapy, person-centred counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy and focusing-oriented psychotherapy.How we work towards change is always different.
