Breast lumps and symptoms Background: I work as a Consultant Oncoplastic Breast Surgeon and an Honorary Senior Lecturer at the King's College Hospital NHS Trust. I completed my training at the Breast Oncoplastic Unit at the Princess Royal University Hospital. I spent 18 months at the Royal Marsden on an honorary part time secondment where I worked with the oncoplastic breast surgery team. I joined the South-East London Breast Cancer Screening at the King's College University Hospital. To further my training I attended the European Institute of Oncology in Milan and many international breast cancer surgery and cosmetic breast surgery centres. My Oncoplastic Breast Surgery skills include breast cancer oncoplastic surgery, breast reconstructive surgery, breast reduction, breast mastopexy (uplift), breast augmentation, breast lipomodelling and lipofilling with fat grafting. I have been awarded the annual WOW award year 2014 for outstanding patient experience and many monthly WOW Awards for Outstanding Patients Experiences. I am on the specialist GMC register as an accredited consultant surgeon. I have published many original articles in peer-review journals covering different hot topics of breast cancer surgery, breast cancer management and cosmetic breast surgery. I am one of the first certified cosmetic surgeons by the Royal College of Surgeons of England in the United Kingdom.
