Having spent more than a decade as an IT executive, skilled contract negotiator and information systems specialist at some of Boston’s largest hospitals and healthcare organizations, I brought my IT expertise and entrepreneurial spirit to IntelyCare—co-founding this vital tech company and introducing a critical contingent staffing model that is quickly changing the face of healthcare. From the ground up, I’m advancing a nimble startup that is revolutionizing the healthcare-staffing model with stress-free, online per-diem solutions for healthcare facilities. As CTO of IntelyCare, I manage every area of technology, R&D and product, including infrastructure security and overseeing our Data Science and AI teams. A finisher who goes beyond traditional bounds to deliver excellence, my management philosophy is simple: The only path to success is staying two steps ahead of today’s accomplishments—I have a keen ability to envision the next big challenge or predict the next need in the market.
