I am consultant adult Psychiatrist since 1999 and have management responsibilities as Clinical Director since 2011 and became Medical Director since May 2018 to Feb 2019. I train medical students, doctors of all grades and also a mentor especially for newly appointed consultants. My clinical interests in human relationship helps with wholistic approach in patient care. I have undertaken, as member of management team, service transformation projects. I harness my management abilities through proactive role in changing NHS as I believe clinical leadership is the key to successful health organisations
