I'm passionate about creating supportive, compassionate, and liberating spaces for people of color, women, and mothers during pregnancy and their motherhood journey.Let’s work from a holistic lens to support you in gaining empowerment in your life. Through this approach, I use a variety of treatment methods such as Mindfulness, Cognitive Therapy, Brainspotting, and Parts Work. I also utilize methods such as Breathwork, guided meditation, sound healing, and Somatic Embodiment practices.I believe that you are the expert in your life, and my goal is to meet you where you are and walk with you as a partner through your healing or growth journey.
