Description

I am highly motivated in my role, enthusiastic in the provision of the apex level of healthcare. I have a good work ethic, punctuality is key to a good start of the day, morality and ethics help shape you as a provider of medication. My choice of sociology as an A level, helped to show me the trends in social groups which I believe helps to understand the patients on a deeper level. As they are coming to my pharmacy usually suffering from an ailment, it is my responsibility to use my knowledge to best help the patient, and by use of appropriate questions I can ascertain the problem. My family is highly involved in private healthcare with multiple establishments spread over the North east. This helps to keep you motivated as a member of that. My experience working for this has helped my managerial skills and ability to resolve any issues, as well as manage large volumes of staff at all levels. We employ multiple hundreds of staff which requires a good understanding of how to make a staff contingent feel happy, motivated, and want to work efficiently. Pushing sales is neither a problem, as I act as if the business I work for is my own and take that responsibility to make sure when I leave I have acted to fulfil my employers best interests and requests. My history of team sports (football and rugby) has helped to develop transferable skills such as communication, leadership, delegating tasks and teamwork which are used to achieve goals and targets. Understanding of a team is key, however working as an individual is a key factor of my working ethic.
