Dr. Al-Shammaa graduated from Faculty of Medicine , Cairo University. He completed his pediatric residency at Maimonides Medical Center in New York City in 1993. He is board certified with the American Board of Pediatrics. Since 1994, he has been practicing General Pediatrics as a solo practitioner. He joined the Center in November 2017. In his free time Dr. Al-Shammaa enjoys running and traveling.
