Dr. Howard Shapiro graduated with his degree in Podiatric Medicine from New York College of Podiatric Medicine, in 1990. He then completed a residency in podiatric medicine and surgery at New York College of Podiatric Medicine and Affiliated Hospitals and Institutions from 1990 - 1991. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons American Podiatric Medical Association
